1. Sudoku & Word Puzzle (App)

Sudoku & Word Puzzle is designed with a low-permission, local-first approach. In version 1.0:

• No account required: The App does not require registration, login, or cloud sync.
• Local storage only: Game progress and preferences are stored on your device, including puzzle progress, daily streak, total puzzles solved, best completion time, sound/vibration settings, Daily Reminder preference, and word/sudoku level progress.
• Daily Reminder preference: The App includes a Daily Reminder toggle that saves your choice locally on your device. In version 1.0, the App does not request notification permission (including POST_NOTIFICATIONS) and does not send scheduled reminders. If notification-based daily reminders are added in a future update, the App may request notification permission when you enable Daily Reminder.

1.1 Information the App does not collect (V1.0)

In version 1.0, Sudoku & Word Puzzle does not collect:

• Account or login credentials
• Precise or approximate location
• Contacts, photos, or files
• Health or financial information
• Advertising identifiers

1.2 Third-party SDKs (V1.0)

Version 1.0 of Sudoku & Word Puzzle does not integrate advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or social login SDKs. We do not sell or share App user data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

1.3 Data retention and deletion

Because data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it by clearing the App's storage in your device settings or by uninstalling the App.

1.4 Children's privacy

Sudoku & Word Puzzle is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

2. Website

Our Website is primarily informational. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers on the Website.
