• The App offers in-game streaks and hints only. There are no cash rewards, lottery features, withdrawals, or real-money prizes.
• You will not attempt to cheat, exploit bugs for unfair advantage, or interfere with the App's normal operation.
• Game progress is stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for data loss caused by device changes, uninstallation, or clearing app storage.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Infringe upon our intellectual property or the rights of others;
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security or integrity of our servers or website;
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access our Services without permission;
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

5. Studio Pitches and Game Submissions

For independent developers pitching games to PAINTIGFNGAIRE LLC:

• You represent that you hold all necessary rights for any builds, pitches, or assets you share with us;
• Submitting a pitch does not create a partnership or co-publishing agreement unless a separate written contract is signed by both parties;
• We may receive similar pitches from other parties and are not restricted from pursuing similar projects.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Our apps may be distributed through third-party platforms such as Google Play. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party platform policies or availability.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, PAINTIGFNGAIRE LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ACCURATE, OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PAINTIGFNGAIRE LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED FIFTY US DOLLARS ($50.00) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
